Expertly handcrafted by Dundalk Leisurecraft in Canada, this outdoor barrel sauna combines authentic Nordic sauna culture with timeless, natural aesthetics. Designed to comfortably seat up to four adults, it creates a peaceful sanctuary for post-workout muscle recovery, stress relief, and total wellness.

Built from sustainably sourced Eastern White Cedar, this sauna features thick, tight-knot wooden staves that provide natural insulation and resist outdoor elements. The classic cylindrical barrel shape encourages efficient air circulation and heat distribution, resulting in faster warm-up times and lower energy consumption. Bound tightly with heavy-duty 304 marine-grade stainless steel bands and adjustable tension hardware, the structure naturally expands and contracts to maintain a tight weather seal year-round.

The CT Elation includes a clear tempered safety glass door that fills the interior with gentle natural light while preserving heat. Inside, two opposite full-length benches allow users to sit comfortably or recline. The natural cedar wood releases a pleasant, soothing aroma during heating while standing up naturally against moisture, rot, and decay without requiring harsh chemical finishes.

Key Features

Sustainably Sourced Eastern White Cedar: Tight-knot, high-density cedar offering rich natural fragrance, thermal efficiency, and rot resistance.

Efficient Barrel Architecture: Circular design reduces dead air space for faster heating times and even temperature distribution.

Marine-Grade Stainless Hardware: Bound with durable 304 stainless steel bands and tensioning hardware for long-term outdoor stability.

Tempered Safety Glass Door: Thick, bronze-tinted tempered glass door with magnetic latch system retains heat while offering an open feel.

Comfortable 4-Person Capacity: Dual opposing interior benches comfortably accommodate up to four adults sitting upright.

Low Maintenance Outdoor Use: Durable natural cedar wood resists harsh weather—simply let the interior air dry after use.

Specifications

Feature

Specification

Brand / Collection

Dundalk Leisurecraft — Canadian Timber Series

Model Name

CT Elation 4-Person Barrel Sauna

Primary Material

Sustainably Sourced Eastern White Cedar

Hardware

304 Marine-Grade Stainless Steel Bands & Fasteners

Exterior Dimensions

72" W × 72" L × 75" H (6ft × 6ft Barrel)

Seating Capacity

Seats 2 to 4 Adults Comfortably

Door Type

Tempered Safety Glass Door with Cedar Frame & Wooden Handle

Heater Compatibility

Compatible with Electric Sauna Heaters or Wood-Burning Stoves

Origin

Handcrafted in Canada

Warranty

3-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Package Contents

1 × Leisurecraft CT Elation Barrel Sauna Kit (Pre-cut Cedar Staves)

2 × Interior Opposite Cedar Benches

1 × Set of Stainless Steel Bands & Tightening Assemblies

1 × Tempered Glass Door & Frame Assembly

1 × Complete Assembly Hardware Pack & Installation Manual

Usage & Care Instructions

Install on a flat, level outdoor base such as a concrete pad, compacted gravel bed, or reinforced deck platform.
