8. Missing Items
If an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details. We will send the missing item or issue a refund if appropriate.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are handled by mail. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after inspection of the returned item.
